Met by the founder.
Same number since 2003.

Texas OnSite CPR was founded by Thomas McMillan in 2003 with one frustration: the old way of training — sending people across town one at a time — wasted everyone's day. We packed up and started driving instead.

How onsite training works

From "we need to train people" to certified — in three steps.

1

Tell us your team size.

Send a quick brief — how many people, what shift, which course, where. We'll respond with a confirmed quote and the OSHA-friendly documentation language you'll need for the binder.

2

We pull up to your office.

Instructor, manikins, AED trainers, masks, sanitizing supplies — all of it. We need a 12-by-12-foot floor space, an outlet, and your team. That's it.

3

Cards in their hands by the end.

Skills check, written component (if required), and the AHA or HSI two-year card hits their inbox before they're back at their desks.

The course catalog.

All instruction is current with AHA / HSI guidelines and includes a hands-on skills test. eCards are issued the same day; mailed PDFs by the next morning.

The questions we hear most.

If yours isn't here, text or call (817) 992-0585 — a real instructor answers.

How small a group can you train onsite?
Onsite training works best from about ten trainees up — that's where the per-seat math beats sending people to an open class. For smaller groups, we recommend booking individual seats at our open schedule.
How long is each class?
Most CPR + First Aid classes run two to four hours depending on course and group size. We can split a large group into back-to-back rounds so production never stops.
Do certifications meet OSHA expectations?
Yes — every course we run is taught by AHA or HSI authorized instructors. We provide signed roster documentation that drops cleanly into your safety binder. Read more in OSHA First Aid & CPR Standards.
How long is the certification valid?
Two years for both AHA BLS and HSI Heartsaver cards. We send automated email renewal reminders so nobody falls out of compliance.
Do you sell AEDs too?
Yes — we sell HeartSine Samaritan units. The 360P is $1,475; the 450P (with rate advisor) is $1,850. Free shipping on both. Call (817) 992-0585 for cabinet, signage, and Texas physician-oversight setup.
Where do I claim my AHA eCard after class?
We've laid out the full claim process on a single page: How to Claim Your AHA eCard. Three options — email, eCards site, or SMS.
