Locating the Survey required before viewing your Completion Certificate can be a little tricky in the HeartCode portal. If the survey doesn't appear right away, you may need to log out and log back in to refresh the screens.
Steps to complete the survey
- Click Resume to access the HeartCode session.
- Click Survey from the available menu.
- Complete all survey questions.
- Your Completion Certificate becomes available immediately afterward.
